I can't access my account. How do I log in?

If you set up an account after checkout, please log in here.

If you do not have an account with us, please register here, using the same email you checked out with. Please note: the account does not get automatically created during the checkout. After registering, you will receive an activation email. You will need to click 'Activate your account' in order to complete the account creation process.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscriptions, please log in to your account here.

Once you're in your account, select 'cancel' next to the product you wish to cancel. Then choose the reason for canceling and click 'cancel' one more time to confirm.

Is there a fee for canceling a subscription?

No, you can cancel your subscription anytime for free.

How do I change the frequency on my subscription?

Once signed in to your account, select "Manage Subscriptions". Now that you are viewing your current subscriptions, select "Edit", then "Change Delivery Schedule" and change to your desired frequency. Be sure to hit "Save" to update your account.

As a courtesy, we send out a reminder email three days before your next charge date. Please make any changes at the time of this email.


Where are your products manufactured?

We manufacture all of our products in FDA regulated facilities in the United States.

Can I get a sample before purchasing a product?

At this time, we do not offer samples. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy allows you to try any product risk free.

Do you perform testing on your products?

Yes, we test all of our products for heavy metals and ensure they meet all regulations.

What's the difference between bovine collagen and beef gelatin?

Bovine collagen and beef gelatin have the same amino acid profiles and benefits, but are used very differently.

Bovine collagen can be mixed in hot or cold liquids without them 'gelling'. You can add them to smoothies, tea, coffee or numerous foods.

Beef gelatin will gel in cold liquids, making it ideal for hot preparations. You can add it to soups, broth, gravy, or use it in jello recipes. Gelatin takes longer for the body to digest and coats the small intestine, making it more beneficial for gut health.

Why does the liquid stevia need to be refrigerated after opening?

This is just a general suggestion. Our liquid stevia is safe to store at room temperature.

My zipper closure does not work. What should I do?

We apologize if you are having problems with your resealable bag. Here are a few suggestions for fixing this:

  1.  Take a damp paper towel and clean out the zipper. Sometime product gets stuck and blocks the closure.
  2. Roll the bag and use a chip clip to keep the bag closed.
  3. Transfer the powder into a container or mason jar with a lid.
